My name is Lisa and I am the proud founding goddess of Natural Me!

As your resident Celestial Priestess and Cosmic Witch I am here to show you the ancient wisdom that is waiting to reveal itself to you within your personal astrology as well as share with you the guidance and messages from your Spiritual Team.

A little about Lisa....

The roots of this beautiful community can be found stirring within my soul around 15 years a go when I left the military and found myself drawn to learning how to work mindfully with the moon and her phases to help support my sense of wellbeing. As I found my sense of wellbeing anchoring into this most ancient of mindful practices my learning and development grew to incorporate working with the unique energies of Nature and her seasons.

I recognised my own nature reflected back at me from Nature and the Moon and with this profound sense of self-discovery I found understanding, peace and acceptance for who I was and where I came to be in this life.

I self-initiated as a Solitary Witch in 2011 and have built my life around my craft.

I opened up my first business in 2012 when I qualified as a Clinical Reflexologist followed closely by my Clinical Aromatherapy qualification and initiating as a Shamanic Womb Pratitioner, spending the next 13 years specialising in Women's Health, Fertility and Pregnancy.

Alongside my growing business I continued my life as a Solitary Witch but, felt the call in 2019 to reach out and share my journey with others. I craved community and so, I bravely stepped out of the 'broom closet' and reached out to my friends and online community to join me on my spiritual/witchy journey if they felt the call. The response was incredible and so it was that, the Natural Me Sisterhood was born.

As time passed, I went on to write my first book which became a Best-Seller and shortly after that navigated the breakdown of my marriage. I hit a very long Dark Night Of The Soul. The only thing I clung to other than my children, was my spiritual beliefs, my craft and my work.

On my 40th birthday I felt a huge shove from my spiritual team to study a two year long astrology course not knowing where this journey might take me, alongside the start of my second book beginning to form.

Studying and understanding my own personal astrology changed my life. EVERYTHING CHANGED from this point on.

My personal strengths, life lessons, cyclical patterns of behaviour, relationship dynamics and my work/purpose were reflected back to me in my astrology and it was exactly what I needed to gain clarity and confidence to move forwards.

In just three years my life changed completely!

My second book was published, I bought a house (my biggest wish for myself and my girls), I went full-time with Natural Me and, met the most incredible man who makes me feel so loved and cherished that it takes my breath away.
